Saeldor is 4 tick weapon, fang is 5 tick. So saeldor will be better against low def npcs like slayer monsters etc. But if you wanted to, could easily sell the saeldor and get a tent whip for those situations instead. ahhhh attack speed was slightly overlooked in my calcs.
