Polaris ranger will turn over but won.

Apr 23, 2022 · 2016 1000 turns over but wont start. Replaced fuel pump, spark plugs, coils, crank sensor. I'm at a lost. Fuses good, relays good. No sputter while cranking. I was out on the trails. The rear end got about a foot of air, came down, engine power cutting in and out till it finally shut off within 100 feet after landing. What should I look at first ?, Thanks in advance Bob. 58 posts · Joined 2012. #24 · Oct 9, 2013. fuel pump will be relay controlled which the ecm turns on, there is a couple second prime when key is turned on and once an rpm signal is sent to ecm fuel pump runs constantly. it's likely you have a poor ground to ecm, just need to rule that out first then go from there.You should be able to take a small wire connected to your POSITIVE battery terminal and touch the small wire terminal from the starter on the solenoid and fire the starter up. Remember, there is also a 'engaged brake' override to the starter .. the RZR will not start without the 12V brake light signal, so make sure the brake lights are working.2015 Polaris ranger 900 XP. From there it should hold pressure and the pump should run while cranking to keep pressure to the system. If turned off and back on soon after the pump will not run if the pressure is still there.

Well to be totally fair, using a pressure washer is OK, as long as you keep the pressure down to about 500 to 750 psi - over 800 psi and getting within 3 inches of certain things will cause problems.

There is a brake line with the switch attached. 2 wires on top. To test to see if the switch is working depress the brake and see if the brake lights come on. If they do this is not your problem.
