Nope; the orgo on the mcat is very surface level and you should be fine with orgo1 and supplementing all of that with prep book material!! There is a really good book called Organic chemistry as a second language. They have first semester and second semester topics.
I actually think OSL is decent for just getting an overview of what you will be learning and getting exposure to the type of thinking/problems you will experience in orgo.
